Zillow matched me with real estate professional Carrina Freeman. Working with Carrina was a pure joy. Carrina is very professional, but she goes beyond that. She took a personal interest in what kind of home I was looking for. We saw a few places that first weekend. I felt comfortable after that first day, having Carrina screen potential homes for me as I am from out of state. I currently live in Connecticut, so getting to Maine frequently to see properties was a minor challenge. I never took a trip up to Maine unnecessarily. She encouraged me to evaluate options just to see what kind of homes were out there, in my price range. Carrina even told me when she was going to be away on vacation ahead of time in case I saw something on line that I wanted to see!! Who does that?????? Carrina!! She's amazing! We had gotten some other market analyses, but thought we could get more for our home due to its condition and extras. I cant tell you enough in times like this when a marriage breaks up and property ( of value and sentiment ) is involved how important it is to a have a agent who truly listens, is professional and cares. She did all of this. She was professional, knowledgeable, truthful and did her best to guide us to get the possible high end of market value for the home. When her guidance wasn't taken as often in our case she didn't give up, but stayed patient and persistent to get the right buyers for the home. She was sensitive to my needs and for that I appreciated her. Sadly, it didn't work out but I know if she didn't get resistance she would have sold the home for a good buyer and price.
